Main ingredients and their actions

- Borage oil: extracted from borage plant originated from Syria. It is used since the Middle Age as a medication. Very rich in linoleic acid (35%) and gamma-linoleic (25%), it repairs the cellular membrane and prevents wrinkles.
- Jojoba oil: liquid wax similar to human sebum. It balances and soothes the skin.
- Carrot oil: very rich in pro-vitamin A and beta-carotene, it enables the normal growth of the
cells (for example, cancer is an abnormal growth).
- Wheat Germ oil: very rich in vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. It prevents the peroxydation of the cellular membrane’s lipids: it has an anti-aging effect.
- Liposomes: small lipid capsules (100 nm) which have a structure very similar to the cellular membrane (phospholipids). They prevent the active ingredients from being damaged and enable them to be efficient.
