BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Oneline Wellness Private Limited (the "Company") sells products on onelinewellness.com (the "site") to professional beauty centers including salons, spas, skin clinics, wellness centers and other service businesses (B2B) with a valid tax id (GST number). Onelinewellness.com does not accept or process orders from consumers (B2C) on its site. Such orders will be rejected and any payments sent will be refunded.
PRICES
All prices listed on the site are retail selling prices, declared as per governing laws and does not include GST or other taxes. The company offers preferential prices to businesses with valid GST number. To get special prices, prospective buyers need to register with the company by emailing care@onelinewellness.com with full tax details before initiating first purchase. An account will be setup through which buyers can access special prices.
SALES
Users of this site agree to buy under the following sales terms.
RETURNS
If orders shipped contain incorrect or damaged goods, customers receiving such products should file for Returns Merchandise Authorization (the "RMA") within 48 hours by visiting the help center. Once RMA is approved by the company, buyer can ship products to Company's warehouse. Products arriving at the company offices will be returned to sender. Returns sent to the warehouse without RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to originator. Once returned products are received and accepted by the warehouse, returns will be processed in one of two ways. 1) Returned products will be replaced or substituted as per original invoice. and 2) In case of stock outs, a credit note or refund for the invoice value of the return goods will be issued within 15 days of receiving the products at the Company's warehouse.
