Beauty and Wellness industry suffers from severe staff shortages. Coupled with high levels of attrition, employers face tough challenges in hiring qualified staff. Oneline Wellness’ initiatives in youth skill development program is geared towards creating new professionals to address industry staffing needs.

How it works
We train beauticians, nail technicians, hair stylists and massage therapists in our training Centers. After a 3 month training, the candidate is placed in the salon or spa network.
