COVID-19 UPDATE

We work in an industry that is based on close human contact and service. Once in a life-time threats such as Corona Virus can alter the state of the industry. While many things are unknown about the virus, here are the following steps we are taking as a company.

1. WORK FROM HOME POLICY

We are asking any and all our staff who can perform their work remotely to work from home. This includes our field sales and technical trainers. Our sales and support staff will be available to serve our customers on the phone. In late 2018, we took steps to digitize our business, which allowed us to offer our customers a way to order online any time any where. 

2. STAFFING FOR BUSINESS CONTINUITY

For activity that requires presence of staff at the office such as our warehousing staff, we have made two shifts that will rotate every alternate day. This reduces risk of exposure and keeps business continuity, while serving our customers to ensure their business can continue with minimal disruption.

3. INTERNAL EDUCATION

We have started educating our staff to take precautionary steps to sanitize both their work place and home. We also educate our staff to maintain professional conduct at all times, by avoiding rumour mongering, maintaining personal hygiene and caring for themselves and their community. 

4. OFFERING LIFE SAVING PRODUCTS

Corona virus spreads through droplets from cough and breath of infected patients. So it is important to keep all surfaces disinfected. For this, we have introduced GD90, a proven full spectrum 3-in-1 disinfectant, detergent and Virucide. While this is not part of our core beauty products business, our business network has allowed us to source, import and supply GD90 to all our customers and distributors. Approved by the Italian Ministry of Health, GD90 ensures we keep our workplace safe from corona virus and provide their clients the assurance their safety comes first. We are urging all our customers to ensure their salons, spas and skin clinics are sanitized and disinfected to ensure client and employee safety.
