Dr. Rekha Chaudhari wears many hats, from being the Managing Director of Oneline Wellness to being the Global Wellness Ambassador of India. She recently launched the Indian Professional Beauty & Wellness Hygiene Alliance (IPBWA) which provides hygiene guidelines for beauty & wellness industry.

She spoke about how the spread of the pandemic has introduced the "New Normal". Accepting the changes & still maintaining mental & physical wellness. She highlighted how wellness practices alleviate anxiety & stress.

She also mentioned about the role companies can play in increasing the wellbeing of their workforce.
