Mix 250 gm to 300 gm of powder i.e 4 doses of powder (equivalent to 4 x 100 graduation marks on powder side of measuring cup) with 3 doses of lukewarm water (around 20°C to 25°C) (equivalent to 3 x 100 graduation marks on water side of measuring cup).
Apply a thick layer from knees to waist and leave to work for 20 minutes under a sheet of thermal wrap. Rinse in shower. Contains a desiccant sachet.
