Using the measuring cup, take 100 g of the Self-Heating Marine Mud. In a plastic container, mix the powder with about 80 to 100 ml of water (room temperature - 20 degree centigrade max.) until you have a smooth even mixture.

Place a thick (0.5 cm) layer of the mixture on a piece of micron foil (40 cm in length) then cover with gauze. Help the client lie down on their back. The preparation will remain active for one hour - the duration of the facial. 

ProTip:
Strictly observe the method of use, the dosage and the temperature of water indicated above.
Do not place a heated blanket or mattress under the Self-Heating Marine Mud and micron foil. The heating effect must be comfortable.
In case of excessive heating, immediately remove the product and rinse with cold water.
Do not use without prior training on Phytomer protocols.
Self Heating Mud is not suitable for people who are sensitive to iodine.
